It has been more than 3 weeks from the time I ordered this product and I still have not received it. I have contacted them, but they don't respond. I have ordered merchandise from other companies in Spain and had my purchase within days. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would.

Well crafted & top quality! I absolutely love these notebooks! I can't say enough about the customer service. I contacted customer service for an update on the delivery status. Turns out there was an issue on the shipping provider's side. GoodINKPressions made new notebooks and had them sent out the next day (along with a few extra goodies)! You have a customer for life! purchased as a gift, I hope they love it! The notebook came very well packaged and took around two weeks to arrive to the United States, I think.

The cover is a heavy paper material and the inside paper is lovely and smooth (I got the white lined TR). I didn’t try writing on it for obvious reasons.

Not only the quality of paper is excellent (at last is TR) but the design and manufacture of the noteboook itself is outstanding. And, if you have a problem with delivery (which I had in one of the purchases) Goodinkpression team will not relent until you get your product safely
